Christian Barrere

Chris was elected to the Board of Under One Roof in March 2007.  Originally from Bordeaux (France), Chris lived in various parts of the world before moving to Los Angeles and attending U.C.L.A where he obtained a BS in Math and Computer Sciences.Mr. Barrere started his career in banking with Crocker National Bank in Los Angeles as a management trainee. He then moved to Cal Fed Bank where he served in several Retail Banking positions including Senior Vice President of the Northern California Market and Private Banking. Currently, Chris works for Pacific National Bank as the Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and is a member of the Executive Committee for the bank.At Pacific National Bank, Chris is responsible for expanding the retail network by opening new stores throughout the greater Bay Area. The bank has been an active supporter of Under One Roof, and its employees have volunteered time and resources to this organization over the years. It is part of the bank’s culture to encourage and reward employees for their participation and contribution to civic organizations. In his community work, Chris has served a variety of charitable organizations over the years, including his local church and the YMCA.
